ReStoryative Somatics

ReStoryative Somatics is a holistic model of trauma healing with a focus on nervous system regulation, emotional resiliency, and relational coherence.

ReStoryative means to restore the rhythm of wellbeing and balance in the nervous system, while renegotiating the impact of life’sstories on our identifications and beliefs.

Somatics refers to the unification of all aspects of ourselves as biological, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and relational beings.

An effective embodied approach to supporting the gentle, natural process of discharging trauma-bound energy, examining personal and collective identities, and integrating new nervous system patterns. Consultations provide a somatic-oriented, healing lens to support healers, helpers, holders of spaces, parents, educators, counselors, and those in leadership roles in increasing capacity for relational resilience and tools for navigating difficult conversations, growing edges or tender areas of conflict or stagnation.
